Design responsible for the Dspace HIL Full size system. 1.Design of HIL I/O cards as per the project need. 2.Commissioned 6 Dpsace simulator and Lab vehicle. 3.MAtlab interface development 4.Developed Automated Test framework for testing and validation using dspace Automation Desk. 6.Validation of all the Body and Chassis related ECU's using HIL. .
Senior Engineer responsible for validating the functionality of GS2 2600, GS3 1800, SDUA and GS2 2630 displays. The Communication is carried out using J1939 Protocol.
Validation of the Body controller module ,CAN ,LIN,Gateway functionality.
