IT Business Applications Director Total reorganization of 25 ex-Micron and Numonyx Resources following Numonyx acquisition. Achievement: the resources are fully integrated in accordance with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and are operating world-wide as an integral part of the operating groups in USA and India.

Management Outsourcing Offshore Accountability * Integration of Business Memory Intel in Numonyx. Achievement: successful integration (with no impact on end customers) within the time limits set. * Reduction of the cost of the Numonyx outsourcing contract with the Indian Partner (300 resources, contract value $ 25 M). Achievement: the target of 30%, with zero impact on the quality of the service, was achieved.

· Manager in charge of Consolidation Information System and Implementation of SAP FI / CO. · Manager in charge of repositioning of IT operations support services through outsourcing. * Introduction from scratch of SAP for the Company passive cycle, substituting the previous internally developed information system. * Creating a newco, Cesi Research: development of an independent information system.

· PM, reporting SAP BW · Operations on Reporting · Implementation of data access & segregation policies * Resolution of the limitation of the analysis of business opportunities and of the insufficient accuracy and availability of information / documents in DWH * Resolution of the anarchic and out of control business intelligence systems used by 3000 internals customers worldwide * Resolution of production information collection from all factories based on obsolete and difficult access software

Role: Project Manager Supply Chain / Material Management for plant materials, both equipments and bulks, managed from their identification during the design phase in a 3D environment until their final assembly, through the acquisition and shipping phase. Some performances: Resolution of the unacceptable long time detection of plant materials. Achievement: 50% of cycletime reduction by the use of new, designed ad-hoc automation systems

Videotext Systems: Managed Information Services, interfacing to the X.25 network and granting security access. Some performances: Problem: internally developed messaging services supply on Videotel, in use in a dozen member companies, were operated too autonomously. Achievement: Implementation and development of a new platform with an exponential growth of usage and consequential increase of sales volume.

Role: Head of Systems Development (Office Automations & Network). Analysis and design of procedures on Personal Computers, management of approximately 400 Personal Computers and twenty mini multi-user systems Unix and VMS. 1988 - 1990 Problem: Presence of mainframe with terminals deployed in a few offices, video-writers workstations. Achievement: total flexibility of connections available in each office with the chance to add new services with basically no limits.
