Implementation activities: - Implementation of foreign Sapa locations under Sapa Shared Services - Assessments - Communication with key users - Creation of global solutions, process harmonization - Full system implementations - User trainings Support activities: - Team lead role: allocate and delegate tasks, reviewing and approving functional specifications created by team members, coordination of user testing
