As a development engineer, mainly responsible for product scale-up(HVM), transferring it to manufacturing stage from engineering stage and developing new process such as filtration or IX process 1. Receiving products from R&D group. 2. Setting up process condition for new products such as filtration condition 3. Transferred products to manufacturing group with documentation works 4. New technology study (Filtration and IX process) and process development.

Responsible for (front end) unit process and improving capacity and capability of manufacturing process. 1. I was in charge of exposure machine : Optimized process condition (controlled exposure energy and made PM schedule with maintenance engineer) 2. Evaluated new photo-resist and applied it to production. 3. Had co-work with local blank suppliers to improve capability of production.
