Senior ABAP Developer for TM 9.1

Currently I am taking part in the CMS’s (Common Management Solutions) BW team which implemented SAP BW and ultimately have been doing its support for Spire Health Care. On a daily basis I am involved with BW and ABAP activities as well, like: to create and maintain InfoSources, Infoproviders, InfoObjects, ETL, etc

At JTI I worked in two fronts (O2C and R2R) and in two project types: I was responsible for some roll-outs: Brazil, Tanzania, Serbia and Zambia, where I did several reports, applications, enhancements and the like to consolidate the business process and I also worked with a couple of interfaces between SAP and “LeafPoint”, a new system JTI was developing from scratch. As a result JTI was able to improve their work and I got a good reference from the managers.

This project consisted of a Brazilian Rollout. As an ABAP Team Leader I worked on-site and remotely.

As an ABAP SCM onshore Track Lead for Caymus Project at Orica I was in charge with the coordination of the ABAP offshore team in India and helped the functional consultants to translate their requirements into SAP technical language. Moreover I also worked with Business Workflow and developed some complex bespoke applications with ABAP and ABAP Web Dynpro (WD4A) on site. This job was similar to two others I had had before: at first in Nestlé (2007) and further in ExxonMobil (2010/2011).

As an ABAP team leader I take part in this SAP Blue Print consolidation/upgrade project and I am responsible for proposing the best implementation solution regarding the SLO analysis.

At ExxonMobil I worked as an OSC (on-site coordinator) for O2C in the upstream. In one of my assignments I coordinated the off-shore developers’ team to implement a SAP Web interface aimed to receive Web Methods from Colombia Government Web Site and process them as SAP’s orders. It involved several validations (Order cut-off time, Shipping condition, etc), ABAP code, IDocs, call meetings, etc. In the end I could accomplish the deadlines and my work was acknowledged and praised by ExxonMobil’s senior staff.

ABAP Consultant for BAU operations.

I have worked in Galp as a PI/ABAP Consultant and as part from my responsability I was in charge from the Integration Process. Therefore, I did several Interfaces, Maps, Proxies, IDocs, RFCs and so on.

Responsibilities – I took part in Sonae Industry’s SAP QA team and I was responsible for the Technical Integration Architecture in Sonae’s Global SAP implementation. Due to my work SAP objects’ could have: better performance, less fails, improvements in transportation (time, quality, and security) and so on. Products – Object Oriented Programming and Analysis, Technical Specifications, Norms and Procedures Implementation, Tools to help the QA daily work, Transports Administration, Queries, Enhancements...

Responsibilities - I took part in this SAP’s Global implementation project as a Development Coordinator and I coordinated the developments made in India for: USA, Mexico and Brazil. With my efforts I could help the team to solve problems, find out new solutions and propose them to the markets and the developers. Products – Development Flow Coordination (estimation dates, functional and technical specifications valuation, technical overview), Programs, Reports, IDOCs, Spreadsheets, Conference Calls, Meeting

Role – ABAP Consultant (SD) for Bearing Point, IBM and Accenture. Responsibilities - As all the IT processes had to be modified to meet SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, the tasks which I mention here were all in according to these new procedures. I was responsible for part of SAP R/3 SD maintenance and I worked in a series of backlogs and requisitions. Products - Specifications, ABAP OOP, Complex Bespoke Applications, BAPIs, BADIs, Interfaces, Reports, Batch Inputs, Module Pools, Enhancements, Formulas...

Responsibilities - I was responsible for part of SAP R/3 integration implementation from two SAP R/3 instances in two different cities: Rio de Janeiro, from where I worked and São Paulo. Products - LSMW, IDOC, Interfaces, Data Dictionary Objects, Functional and Technical Specifications, ABAP OOP, Module Pools with ALV Grid, Forms and Invoices with Sapscript, Function Building, Field and User-Exits, Reverse Engineering, etc.

Responsibilities - I worked in this Telecommunication Company always improving the MM, SD, FI and CO module performance, finding solutions and increasing the company turn over. Products – ABAP OOP, Interfaces Building, Technical Specifications, Enhancements, Module Pools with ALV Grid, Function Building, Field, Screen and User-Exits, Reports, Sapscript Forms, Search Help, Transport Management, Data Dictionary Objects, etc.

Responsibilities - I was responsible for the SAP Media Module maintenance and as a whole benefit it brought about more organization and functionality to the daily operations of the Journal. Products - Object Oriented Analysis and Programming, Reports, Interfaces, Legacy Applications, Internet Applications.

I was responsible for a small ERP (GAPE (Gerente Administrativo da Pequena Empresa - Administration Control System for Small and Medium Sized Firms) as a developer and team leader.
