• Ensure compliance with legislation, contracts and other agreed standards within mid- and large-scale investment, transaction, sustainability and construction projects – such as power stations, in-frastructure, recycling plants, as well as the buying and selling of properties etc. • Create contracts and agreements, conduct negotiations with stakeholders and authorities, orchestrate external project partners and service providers.

• Evaluated existing compliance system (procedures and fields of application) and adjusted it where necessary bringing it to a first-class standard. • Screened, updated and enhanced existing contracts, re-negotiated contracts as part of re-structurings including moderation with Top Management, Works Council and others. • Guided Line Managers compliance-wise through M&A-projects and restructurings.

• Ensured compliance with legislation, contracts and other agreed standards regarding com-pany-wide fleet – established e-mobility as part of sustainability program. • Set up new fleet management and administration after re-negotiating contracts with car leasing firms and car manufacturers to optimize costs and environmental aspects.

• Member of A2A’s legal department – dealt with wide spectrum of legal issues while about 25 percent were on compliance; changed to other department to be closer to the business.

• Mainly served international clients on broad range of legal issues – partly to cover the Italy side of global projects, partly to advise their local branches on Italian law and compliance.

• Accomplished double degree at two universities as “executive education” parallel to regular positions at A2A.
