• Responsible for overall management of IT systems and operations, which includes network system, IT infrastructurenetwork systems, application servers, security, PABX system and datacenter operation. • Plan, develop & strategise directions for all IT related activities to ensure organisational infrastructure requirements are met. • Manages and implements Infra and application projects and, coordinates with various departments to ensure project targets are met.

• Responsible for the design, management and enhancement of the corporate IT infrastructure for Public Service Division in Prime Minister’s Office. • Manages networking and server projects from initiation to implementation stage. Ensures key project milestones and deliverables are being met. • Manages outsource service delivery vendors and contracts for desktop, software services and datacenter operations. • Prepares tender specification, evaluates and awards tender.

• Implements global and corporate IT initiatives in Hong Kong and Singapore offices. For server upgrade, global business application project rollout. • Leads a regional technical support team to provide local, regional/global helpdesk support and application support for users in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Taiwan, Japan, Australia, UK and US. • Manages a 24x7 mission critical IT infrastructures (30 servers NT, 8 SUN Unix and backup devices) in Singapore data center.
