Looking forward to working in a Design Thinking field, where customer success, brand identification, strategy management, and the long-term vision of the company will be set. I am doing my Master in Design Leadership course which is focused on learning how to apply design thinking methodologies by actually working in a group and individual project. The focus of the course is how to communicate ideas in a better way, how to give and receive constructive feedback, and how to build a good team and work in different roles. Having 3.5 years of experience in the manufacturing field and a year of experience in project management this course really helped to understand the way to win customers and approach the stakeholders.
