My duties and responsibilities as a Senior Recruiter are the following: - Greater engagement in business development & client management activities, relating to prospecting and sourcing for new opportunities within existing & new accounts in aligned markets - Understanding clients' technical 'problem projects' and being autonomous in working on more senior headhunts - Consistent personal development and use of FMC's senior recruitment & sales methodologies

Main focus: - Delivery of professional recruitment and headhunting services globally - Serving 'asset intensive' industries; Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Construction, Rail, Power, Utilities - Client base comprises of software vendors, resellers, integrators and consultancy firms specialising in: Digital Plant, Predictive Maintenance, Big Data & Analytics - Client & Candidate management - Prospecting and sourcing for new opportunities within aligned markets - Solving technical 'problem projects'
