Gestaltung von HR Prozessen • Projektleitung in HR-relevanten Projekten (z.B. Employer Branding, Benefits & Compensation, Talent Ma-nagement) für die Business Unit • Zusammenarbeit mit den Experten aus Group HR und externen Agenturen

Entwicklung und Implementierung von Personalstrategien wie bspw. der Aufbau des Marine HR-Zweiges Rekrutierung und Optimierung des Rekrutierung Prozesses, Einführung von Social Media und Employer Branding. Weiterführend verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung von nautischem Fachpersonal, Ingenieuren und Talentsuche für die Bereiche LPG/Ethylene-, Öl- und Chemikalien-Tankfahrt, sowie die Stückgutflotte.

- Responsible for all crew matters for OIL/Chem Tankers and MPP/ RoRo Vessel. - HR-Planning - for Chemical Tanker and Oil Tanker according to safe manning, tanker matrix, oil major requirements and Budget. - Supervision of crew performance - Cost efficient planning/ completion of crew-changes worldwide in coordination with captains, port and travel agents. - Communication with Crew, Captains and Administrations in case of emergency. - Administration of crew data, Visa and flag state documents.

- Responsible for all crew matters for assigned group of vessels. - Crewplanning for up to 36 vessel according to safe manning and budget planning. - Cost efficent planning of crewchanges. - Supervision of crew performance in coordination with captains, inspection and chartering department. - In charge of promoting or dismissing of sea personnel. - Handling of medical and P&I cases. - Review and approval of crew expenses, crew change and agency costs.
