• Responsible for planning and the execution of departmental processes involved in new stores, relocations, and remodels within a territory. • Provide management of new store merchandising team within their territory, ensuring effective execution of strategic objectives while maintaining budgets and achieving on time delivery of opening activities for new stores, relocations, and remodels. • Research and follow-up on all project issues with respect to store layout, plan-o-gram, and merchandise issues

• Procurement Operations – P2P Cycle and Sourcing using SAP-SRM, SAP & ARIBA. • Identifying best in class vendors for all business needs and forecast the demand and Supply for future. • Preparing RFI, RFQs, RFPs & Comparatives. Vendor assessment, rating & negotiations. • Quality Checks of the Orders placed, Purchase Orders and Reports • Tracking prices, support models and vendor performance, providing feedback using formal review procedures and ensuring supplier performance issues are quickly addressed.

• Preparing Purchase Model to forecast, finalization of contracts and commercials. • Preparing the Supplier Performance Report to monitor the performance of suppliers and take necessary decisions • Preparing Warehouse Stock report and Allocation Summary to ensure accurate replenishment of stock to stores. • Ordering Stock using RMS application and sending out Quotes and Purchase Orders to Suppliers. • Work as Single point of contact for managing E2E pricing approval interface with country and region sales

• Generating Sales Data related Achievement Reports. • Managing Salesforce.com - Forecast Pipeline and Marketing Information’s. • Sourcing using SAP & ARIBA and requesting for Quote and processing with PO. • Monitor monthly invoices and vendor payment status to ensure purchase orders are not over-billed and vendors receive timely payment to avoid disruption in service. • Working on Supplier Feedback, performance, and issues
