Task was to establish a list of common FS BOM parts between the C346EU and C344 and try if possible to communize the parts and if not prove to JIT why this would not be possible. Creation & presentation to the JCI Program individual detailed engineering reports for each similar part.

A one year contract from the companies HQ, my position was responsible solely to liaise between Volvo Car Company Gent (VCG), JCI’s JIT Seat Manufacturing plant, JCI’s JIT Interiors Manufacturing plant and the Design Centre located in Arendal, Sweden. I was responsible for all engineering activities in the JIT plants.
