I am a Software Developer with a degree in Software Engineering & Database Technologies earned from the University of Galway in 2020 and in iBusiness - Innovation through ICT earned from Smurfit Graduate School of Business (UCD Dublin) in 2013. In my Master thesis, I compared the Effectiveness of Machine Learning Algorithms for Assigning Categories to Incidents. I expanded my knowledge about Data Science in a certification course of the Institute of Lifelong Learning at Technical University of Munich (TUM) in 2022. I have several years of work experience in Customer Service and Technical Support, Operations, Automation and Integration as well as in Project Management.
