SAP PP: Workshops, fit/gap-Analysis, detailed process design and functional specifications; Master data; Engineering change management; Discrete manufacturing; MRP; Integration to APO; Testing; Data migration; Cut-over; Go-live support. SAP PM: Fit/Gap-Analysis. Optimizations post go-live (from Oct. 2011): Alignment of business processes in SAP PP across 5 factories; product costing.

Business process re-engineering and optimization of SAP production planning, manufacturing, integration to shop floor/manufacturing execution system and prod-uct set-up. Replacement of highly custom-developed solution by best practice processes and SAP standard functionality. Reengineering of cross-departmental product set up process. Design of change management concept and adaptation of organizational structure according to process changes.

Business separation and full life-cycle SAP implementation plus role-outs to 8 countries; full R/3+APO+BI+XI+80 non-SAP apps+700 RICEFs. Multi-cultural team of 160 consultants onsite&offshore.
