Interior division - Instrument panel for project Audi Q2 2016 Responsible for preparation of PPAP documentation for customer according his requirements and internal company standards for start up of new project in pre-serie phases till SOP.

Responsible for customer service, preparation of PPAP documentation for customer according his requirements before SOP and in serial process after SOP. Responsible for preparation sampling to the BEON system. Admin for creation of IMDS datas .Responsible for project Porsche Panamera - door panels.

Responsible for managing assigned tasks from Skoda Auto Kvasiny for project Škoda Superb 2016. Responsible for the quality of supplied components from suppliers, validation of sampling and PPAP documentation by VDA norm and specific requirements by Formel Q .Presenting and reporting the status of suppliers to the plant management. Responsible for sampling of changes for serial project Skoda YETI and tracking requalitfication tests (D/TLD characteristics).

Leader responsible for leading, evaluation and coordination all regulatory standards for transfering project GM Opel Astra 2016 from pre-serial phase to the serial process - for acoustic parts (carpet floor, dash insulator, car body insulators) Responsible for preparation of all actions implemented to the serial process, documentation(PPAP, CP, FMEA, work instructions,etc.) and action plans with GM requirements. Responsible for preventive action and special control GP12 and care of process efficiency.

Responsible for development of Suppliers to ensure compliance with all appliecable duties, quality requirements and project requirements for customer BMW cars Mini Cooper and John Cooper Works before transferring the project into the serial production. Coordination of activities of the project team under the Timing plan (EMPB, PMS V8).

Responsible for project transfer DAG S-Class (IP) between FIS Hlohovec and FIS Boeblingen (DE) from project team to the serial production, setting quality standards and customer requirements to the serial process. Control of corrective actions in the Action Plan and tracking analysis of complaints (8D report, .)

Responsible for managing assigned tasks from DAG program for S-class (IP, DP, CC), colleague of the project team in Purchasing department responsible for the quality of supplied components from suppliers. Coordination of activities of the project team under the Timing plan (EMPB, PMS V8). Responsible for monitoring and status of processes and products from suppliers and approval of PPAP / APQP documentation. Presenting and reporting the status of suppliers on a regular divisional meetings management.

Responsible for starting and leading new project VW NSF(New Small Family) in production plant Faurecia Hlohovec SK, cooperation with the project team, Plant launch team and final customer VW Bratislava. Preparation and managing documents Control plans, FMEA, Action plans and preventive actions, managing internal audits and validation of gauges for products.

Responsible for implementation new projects to the plant for french customers Renault/ Nissan, Dacia Ensure all actifities and cooperation with project team of central prototype department in Continental Frankfurt am Main(DE).
