FAI project execution from its inception to completion and PPAP in shop floor. Perform FMEA and getting approval for manufacturing processes and, generate programs to meet organizational production plans for AEROSPACE and DEFENCE projects. Team lead for implementing LEAN and continuous improvement projects in shop floor and ME. Problem solving and updating changes in programs and processes to maintain feedback channel. Responsible for controlling rejections, improving OEE and RCCA.

Daily production reporting, cycle time monitoring and reduction, production process planning. Overall shift in charge, responsible to meet the targets and to assign the work to operators and cell leaders to achieve the day to day goals of production. Coordination with PPC and scheduling of production in consultation with shop in charge. Daily feedback on production to the shop in charge. Updating operators skill sets, operators performance records.
