Sergio Ruy David Polimeni Valente

Currently finishing my PhD in Hamburg and São Paulo, on the relationship between law and digital government. I did my master's degree in law, public policy and basic sanitation. In recent years, I have worked especially with regulation of the railway sector and relations with the Government and Congress in Brazil. Experienced in Public Law, Government Affairs, Regulatory, Data Protection, Digital Law and Public Policies. I also have expertise in judicial and administrative litigation related to a wide range of matters (public and private law), drafting of legal opinions, contracts negotiation, developing private corporate structures, risk analysis.
