In April, 2013, along with 8 others, have found THE BEGET where my responsibilities comprise of: team management, supervising the day-to-day operations of the production group, project coordination, quality assurance, vendor management, and strategy planning, staff training, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure swift campaign implementation, ongoing operations and optimal performance.

Lead Executive and Project Manager for Digital Products team and did manage a 15 + 6 member team producing digital products–E-newsletter, Whitepaper, E-Blast, Content Posting, and Ad Postings. Also, did production management for US base B2B magazine clients Advanstar and UBM Cannon.

Managing Projects received from T&F; Sharing regular updates and production support to the clients; creating and maintaining a development schedule; ensure that all input files received on time; working closely with the author and reviewers to develop the proofs according to the planned concept, ensuring that the style guide and manuscript requirements understood and followed; price negotiation and allocating Projects to local vendors. providing various reports to the management per requirement.

Editor in Proof Reading Department and handled journals of Royal Society of Chemistry, Marcel Dekker Encyclopedias and Taylor & Francis Journals.  Independently handled research journals.  Prepared specifications for developing templates  Coordinating the typesetting process for any given project  Adhering to the customer schedule  Correspondence with the various Publishers  Documenting the various steps and process involved in each project

Did a Master's thesis entitled "In vivo Radiographic Measurement of Facial Tissue Depth among the Adult Male and Female Subjects from Certain States of India"
