As Senior HR I have primary responsible to organize the employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits, and compensation, acts as the first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and/or concerns about motivation and job satisfaction. Advise and assists business/line managers on interpretation and administration of Personnel policies and programs and work together with Recruiter in reviewing future candidates.

My position as Senior Seismic with primary responsible for supervising the Positioning Department including control of all positioning aspects of survey operation (planning and execution) and on board navigation processing. Data processing for the position of possibility Oil & Gas. Also as senior I responsible to make sure the Quality is in best to deliver to client.
