- Providing general support to the human resources function including contract management, compensation/benefits, payroll administration and global mobility services; - Analysing and improving onboarding/offboarding process and employee lifecycle changes, ensuring compliance to internal company requirements and local regulations; - Assisting HR Managers with day to day HR Operations inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

- Assisting the Linguistic Team in the reorganization of the processes involved in the provision of linguistic training; - Managing the migration of linguistic training activities within the new Learning Management System (Plateau). Developing items, curricula plans, reports, participant and HRBP guides, assessment tools and overseeing standard operating procedures; - Defining the linguistic learning offer and coordinating the enrolment of participants, monitoring and assuring quality of training.

Main activities and responsibilities: front and back office, accounting, invoicing, contract validation, public relations with travel agencies.

Main activities: region-mapping, activation of informative desks, recycling and reutilization laboratories.
