    Master's Thesis Title: Implementation of thin films on New sputter equipment - comparison with results from previous equipment and use of new technology methods. - Familiar with Lesker PVD 75 Proline and its features. - Investigate the limitation of the confocal sputtering and what are the possible solution to overcome the limitation. - Investigate the effect of pulse duration, pulse frequency and duty cycle over the deposition rate during unipolar HIPIMS.
