Develop, support, maintain, and oversee the BISD IT systems and related processes, including server, desktop, mobile devices, and applications, such as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), SAN, Student and Financial Database, Print Management, and VoIP program software. Support the entire life-cycle of software applications, including gathering business requirements, selecting software, and installing and supporting applications.

Configured and deployed personal computers and telecommunications, audiovisual, copier, and other related technology equipment. Installed and configured software for district users. Provided troubleshooting and repair for district technology equipment and software. Coordinated with vendors to fulfill warrantied servicing of district equipment.

Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software on multiple operating systems; Research and consult for acquisition of hardware and software; Document solutions for group communication using support ticket and document collaboration systems. Effectively communicate technical issues to nontechnical personnel. Note: Did not work at this position from Spring 2003 until Spring 2004 because I was focusing on my college studies.

Assisted clients with their computing problems. During this time, I was promoted twice. First to the Law Library computer lab and then to the Center for Instructional Technologies, a multimedia oriented computer lab that caters to graduates, faculty, and staff.
