Implementation of a complete Continuous Improvement program, based on Lean Six-Sigma : Black Belt, Green Belt and Kaizen training ; CI portfolio management ; project execution follow-up ; reporting and communication. Management of a Total Quality program covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Coordination of the plant’s 5-year project.
