Provide direct technical & sales support to data centre customers. Ongoing support of DC sales team and other colleagues. Help maintain good customer relationships. Help in the preparation and submission of tender documents. Communicate with and support colleagues with regards to all projects, especially multiquotes and tender submissions.

Produce designs using DVM Pro (Samsung Selection software) and AutoCAD for European projects. Assist providing optimum A/C and controls solutions to corporate customers. Support the project managing of solutions, design and commissioning. Produce energy assessments for various Samsung equipment to create the optimum design. Follow up and manage the pan EU business opportunity database.

Pre-sales technical advisor relating to the design and application of Daikin products in buildings. Provided quality propositions, selections and quotations for clients. Contributed to the education of clients and staff through the delivery of presentations and training on Daikin Application design solutions. Provided a high quality professional service from the local Daikin office, or during meetings at clients premises or project sites.

Projects: - Scissor type elevator & carriage for thin metals sheets (in SolidWorks); - Computer Simulation of an airflow over a football ball with and without rotation.

Project in Computer Simulation of a Fibre Carbon Rim in SolidWorks & ANSYS Fluent for the Shell Eco Marathon car.
