Representative for all related network projects, both internally and with external collaborators, developers and other affected teams and departments. Run projects in order to improve the QoS for roaming clients. - Roaming LTE. - Roaming Tool. - Roaming performance monitoring solutions (Tekelec to Tektronix). - Voice and SMSIW signaling split. - Vodafone Roaming Services (VRS).

Coordinating the complaints received by Roaming Partners and GRQ tests. Opening tickets for investigation: review implementation, taking traces and checkiing the different nodes involved, coordinating the different escalation level if necessary, requesting implementation or any other action needed. Follow up of the different reasons of failure, suggesting plans of action if any general issue is detected. Corresponding presentations to the team. Elaborating different monthlyand half-yearly reports.

Coordination with the different partners when organizing the dates of implementation and testing. Coordinating their interest and priority to proceed with the various tests available for each service, exchange of documentation, etc. Coordinating the work with the Contract Managers, SIM Managers and the testing team, the department's workload and planning of tests to be performed during the upcoming weeks. Preparation of reports for monitoring, planning and success rates.

Coordinating and managing the project information that has to be sent/received to/from VF ES/VF-Group. The migration involves packaging every application needed within the company. We provide all the information regarding each application: how to package it, the configuration needed...; request the packaging, track the process, do the needed claims and complaints, translate the information, lead the corresponding meetings, test the applications and ensure the process fulfill all the requirements.

Implementación, las pruebas y solución de incidencias para la apertura comercial. - Estudio de la implementación necesaria en red para la actualización de los acuerdos existentes. - Actualización de los nodos de red y de las diferentes plataformas propias de Telefónica, según necesidades del cliente. - Estudio y ejecución de implementación para los servicios de R-HUB.

- Gestión de la información entrante y reparto de ésta según tareas asignadas. - Organización de los recursos materiales. - Elaboración de informes tanto internos (control de cargas de trabajo, volúmenes de tráfico según carriers, incidencias, etc) como de control externo (carriers, acuerdos con operadores extranjeros, etc) - Testeo de servicios y resolución de incidencias leves. - Estudio de la implementación necesaria para la actualización de los acuerdos existentes. - Elaboración de procedimientos
