As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Zattoo I’m actively looking for talented, passionate individuals to join our team. I started this role with a large learning curve. I had no prior knowledge of the IT sector and had to quickly learn how the recruitment industry worked. I was later heavily focused on business development, reaching out to new companies to offer Novate IT’s services. A snap shot of the roles I worked on: Senior Frontend Engineers, Senior Fullstack Developers, Senior Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers and Product Owners/Managers.

Assisting in updating database with new claim information, working with multiple departments covering separate disciplines in Law and handling sensitive information.
