-Improve customer relationship and increase loyalty. -Resolution of technical engineering issues. -Ensure that design and requirements are performed. -Interpretation of CAE results. -Protect Plastic Omnium manufacturing constraints communicating with design, manufacturing and quality teams. -Provide technical support on costumer launch and prototype vehicle builds. -Check that verified validation methods are used to identify design and issues. -Prototype parts, schedule and define tool modifications.

Main roles and responsabilities: - Responsible of the product design development. - Manage CAD Designers Team. - Responsible of the Design FMEA. - Implement design with strong moulding knowledge. - Define and manage the prototypes that are required. - Analysis of the resulting samples of the trial orders, identifying the existing deviations, defining corrections and/or required design modifications. - Assist vehicle builds and provide solutions to the issues found.
