• In charge of creating Umbraco-based websites from the ground up and performed updates on 10+ existing websites. • Create user controls (in C#), macros (in XSLT and Razor), JavaScript and JQuery scripts and modified the platform’s database to meet with the customer’s expected functionalities. • Design and execute test protocols to validate required functionalities and generation of documentation explaining such protocols and obtained results.

Continued development of version 2.0 of the company´s M2M Engine software. Performed optimizations in the software’s use of message queues and its Web interface. Assisted the development of a prototype for a heart rate monitor application written in C# for an international customer. Designed and implemented the Graphical User Interface for the company´s DynaCard software prototype. Performed technical support duties for Motorola MC75 devices.

Lead development on version 2.0 of the company´s M2M Engine control system. Became knowledgeable, through self-study, in the basic principles of control systems and in the operation of message queues in Java Enterprise Edition. Performed development of the software based on IBM’s Rational Unified Process (RUP) framework. Authored a variety of design documents related to the software’s development process according to RUP´s specifications. Performed layout and visual changes to the software’s Web interface.

Investigated and compared various content management systems to assess their suitability for several projects belonging to the Participation Studies Section. Became knowledgeable, through self-study, of the Drupal CMS installation and customization process. Designed, developed and maintained a student newspaper and two teachers' portals.

Became knowledgeable in basic graphic design with the use of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Became knowledgeable, through teamwork, in website design with the used of Macromedia DreamWeaver. Interviewed heads of departments and student organizations to define design requirements. • Designed (layout and graphics) websites for multiple departments belonging to the university. • Designed posters and fliers for events held within the university in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
