I worked in this store as a store manager. I was responsible for the daily reporting of sales to the head office. Had a team of 7-8 sales staff working with me. I was supposed to report to the franchisee directly. Was responsible for the sales, marketing, administration and other day to day working of the store. Achieved many targets in time. Was supposed to chalk out new sales strategies and methods to boost sales.
