DUTY MANAGEMENT, GUEST RELATIONS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISION, CUSTOMER CARE AND LIAISING WITH ALL DEPARTMENTS

I am responsible for command of a vessel up to 65 feet and its crew. I have the ability to plot a safe passage plan on a sea chart and execute. Am able to operate the VHF Radio correctly using the operational procedures and common radio terminology. Am able to anchor, leave the berth, steer by compass, MOB, deal with winds and currents. I can handle general deck work , ropes and knots, and basic first aid.

Customer Service Assistant- Responsibilities Manage daily customer enquiries and deliveries using SAP,ensure satisfaction and service with asmile. Cashiering-Responsibilities: Managing cash, credit/debit card and gift voucher transactions using retail Pro and Sap. Return pick up cards to banks. Technical Service Assistant-Responsibilities Empathize with customers.Educating customers on extended/manufactures warranty and servicing procedures.

Food and Beverage Supervisor Responsibilities Food and Drink production and service. Ensure maximum Bar and ala carte sales. Elaborating the menu and ensuring Guest satisfaction. Solving daily Guest complaints and taking compliments. Co ordinate special functions ie outside catering. Ensure standards are maintained and service with asmile. Act as a duty Manager.

Sales Excecutive- Responsibilities Sales and marketing of credit cards, Account Opening and Personal Instalment Loans
