Mixed role of Tech Lead, Software Architect and Scrum Master for for several engineering teams and sub projects for ironSource Ukrainian team.

As a Tech Lead of the http://tigerrr.com/ project I was responsible for system architecture, it's core parts development, team management, selection of personnel, code quality, Scrum processes, continuous integration and help consumer's business analytics to understand and estimate technical challenges that follows strategic decisions.

I started as developer in the team that was performing migration for different parts of the portal to the Diffusion push technology to provide instant information about real time events (mostly racings and bids changes) and other user's actions. Then I was promoted to Team Lead of eCommerce team responsible for transactions processing and content categorization and restriction according to UAC.
