Michael Freeman

As P2P Senior, I was the first line contact for the outsourced invoice and payment processing teams in Bulgaria and India as well as being the primary escalation point in the shared service centre for all European business units. I also worked on a range of projects overseas including Business Process Outsourcing and Process Migration.

I was heavily involved in the first phase of the company's transition onto SAP and was promoted to Super User in the Procure to Pay area. I provided support to end users and four European business units and was the primary contact for the SAP project team. I was also responsible for developing and implementing new processes as well as product testing.

I worked as part of large multicultural team in the Accounts Payable department of the company's shared services centre.

Main subjects: Modern French and Spanish language with subsidiaries in Italian, Translation and Linguistics. The course included spending a year abroad (France and Spain) and the completion of two dissertation projects, each written in the target language.
