I was responsible for the overall planning, acquisition, development, implementation, and day-to-day support of the company’s business application systems including Freight Forwarding, WMS and Logistics, Order Management and Finance using a team of onshore, offshore, in-house and systems house staff and specialised analysts. I was also responsible for global customer projects.
