Über mich

I am a Scientific Expert at Merz Aesthetics GmbH, a global leader in the dermal filler market, where I have been implementing and validating product and process transfers to the German production site. I collaborate closely with the operations team, ensuring the compliance with GMP and quality standards such as ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820. Before joining Merz, I worked as a Doctoral Researcher at Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research for four years, where I completed several collaborative projects with a focus on the sensing and therapeutic applications of surface-coated nanoparticles. I designed and synthesized several macromolecules and ligands for nanoparticle functionalization. I have also published multiple papers in prestigious journals from ACS, Elsevier, RSC and other major publishers. As a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic, my goal is to contribute to the industry's growth while upholding exemplary quality standards.
