  I am responsible for managing the full life-cycle of blue and white collar recruitment processes for various business areas (manufacturing, development, quality, logistics, purchasing, finance and controlling, IT, Junior Manager Program, etc.). I keep close cooperation with Hiring managers, advise them on recruitment related topics. I am sourcing through different channels and ensuring the candidate flow to both plants. I negotiate offer details, create and extend offers, initiate the on-boarding process.
