Duties include learning multiple board games currently being promoted by the Demonstrations team and visiting third-party sites such as John Lewis and Waterstones stores, the UK Games Expo, 'Origins' event and others to demonstrate how to play to members of the public.

Duties involve making contact with domestic customers via outbound channels to bring defaults and late payments to notice once an initial opportunity and reminder schedule has been issued and followed. I have received training on Legacy and Strata/Echelon systems during implementation of the new system which also involved End User testing, data analysis using Visual Basic and producing guides for roll-out across the business to assist in training staff.

Implemented a new system for stock ordering for my departments which led to increasing sales whilst reducing overstock by around 70%. Board Games and Collectible Card Games showed 10.72% and 16.03% growth for the 2013-14 comparison period and 32.50% and 18.86% for the 2014-15 period.

A Customer Service role incorporating Management responsibilities as well as Inventory Management, Ordering, Sales Analysis, compiling information for the store's PDB & PRDB and preparing a weekly 'Accounts' package including Cash Book and General Ledger information. I also held the title of Board Games & Card Games Specialist and acted as the store's organiser for a variety of events including Tournaments, Book Signings and Celebrity Visits.

Duties involved reconciling customer energy accounts following instances of error including 'reads' transposition, erroneous meter exchanges, meter credit fraud and account disputes. Following my first six months of work within a specialist 'Manual Accounts' team I was moved to a Complaints Handling team with training for the new SAP systems and corrected issues on both the SAP and Legacy systems as required.

Inbound Call Centre role involving Customer Service, Complaints Handling and Logistics. After my first year I was promoted to a Management position and held this title until terminating my employment due to relocation.
