PhD Thesis: Photoswitchable Monolayers on Si(111) and Si(100) Surfaces - design and synthesis of photoswitchbale compounds - conducted qualitative and quantitative chemical and physical characterization, both in-solution and of solid materials - co-authored scientific communications, presented work in oral and written form, conference presentations, established scientific collaborations - project and time management, tasks prioritisation, reporting - mentoring, supervision of the students’ work

CDNEE is a capacity-building umbrella organization, fostering networking and cooperation among youth NGOs in Eastern Europe. - project management (budget planning, reporting), fundraising, networking - development and organization of international youth seminars (eg. preparatory team member of the 7-day summer school, having 60 participants from 27 countries) - international teamwork, in office and remotely
