Responsible for the identification and deployment of approx 270 internal employees to various Novartis Vaccine manufacturing plants whose output yielded 2 billion USD of sales. • Responsible for the identification of the key strategic manufacturing partners for Novartis cross divisionally. • Project lead for the identification of market access requirements for Novartis Group, business case definition and implementation planning.
