- Preparing monthly early view financial reports on the RBS Group level. - Participating in the RBS Group-wide annual budgeting processes. - Testing and ensuring that systems have been set up for budget submissions. - Reviewing and processing adjustments to budget numbers as required.

- Monthly Business Unit Control and Financial Control activities on behalf of the Netherlands Branch. - Preparing and posting of month-end adjustments to Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss accounts in order to ensure accuracy of the Statutory Reporting. - Reconciling financial data between reporting and source systems. - Performing monthly and quarterly variance analysis of financial data on product/business accounts level.

- Participating in the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Markets and International Banking Division. - Building & producing reports for Analysis team. - Testing and ensuring that systems have been set up for the Divisional budget submission. - Reviewing and processing of monthly and ad hoc adjustments to budget and forecast data.

- Preparing monthly Management Information reports and analysis covering costs and headcount for Global Markets Division. - Participating in Costs budgeting and forecasting process for Markets. - Daily flash revenues reporting and supporting commentary for Global Markets Division.

- Handling payments investigations raised by other banks, financial institutions and customers. - Reconciliations of nostro accounts held with the correspondent banks. - Delivering improvements to payments investigations processes.

- Contact point for customer’s queries with regards to products, complaints and current issues. - Processing customer orders and transactions. - Selling deposit products to retail customers.
