My main task is to schedule, train and support our currently 30 caregivers. We are a private duty homecare company providing our clients the highest level of service.

I provided home care for older adults to effectively enhance their quality of life including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). I have experience in working with diabetes, cancer, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Disease, recovery from spinal injury, depression/anxiety.

I managed complex transactions and logistical challenges for a large international customer base promptly and professionally. I reviewed incoming sales quotations, negotiated pricing, and processed confirmed orders. I collaborated and built relationships with customers, vendors and forwarders to optimize the efficiency of export shipments to strengthen service competitiveness.

I developed a 20-page strategic report for prospective donors/partners. I suggested initiatives to improve online visibility. I designed simple graphics for presentations and documents.

I wrote and modified statistical data cleaning programs, ran descriptive statistics, reviewed statistical outputs, and prepared tables for manuscripts. I developed study protocols (surveys, questionnaires). I prepared visual and written material for dissemination (PowerPoint).
