I am responsible for maintaining safe and clean work environment by educating and motivating personnel to use all equipment and resources in a proper way. I am responsible for planning and executing investments for the whole plant. What is more, as the Project Manager I am responsible for Project Execution Plan which covers all aspects of project controlling, identification of milestones, tasks allocation to team members and follow up.

I was responsible for cross-countries Key Strategic Initiative “Mechanical Parts” i.e. finding new, more competitive suppliers in low cost countries placed in Eastern Europe. I visited Bombardier sites, mainly Germany and Austria, in order to implement and develop this initiative. My proactive approach, flexibility and cooperation within international team was crucial to ensure good results in savings and development of this initiative.

I coordinated implementation of new projects into production based on APQP and customer requirements. I was responsible for project budget. I ensured an efficient flow of information within project implementation period. I participated in project reviews directly with customers by telephone or personally at their locations. Main customers were: BMW, Daimler, Nissan, Suzuki and BOS for whom I was first level escalation.

I fulfilled duties as a Project Manager, but I was more focused on production processes. I coordinated migration of two automotive productions, both knowledge and machines. This required punctuality and cooperation between production planning, quality and purchasing department.

I implemented new cable harnesses into production using APQP. Additionally, I gave technical support in production line including preparation of working instructions and assembly tables. One of the most challenging duty was to perform engineering changes (retrofits) on trains for our customer Bombardier in Germany. This required from me advanced coordination between AQ and the customer in order to ensure at the right time proper resources.

Collecting quotations connected with improvements or materials for BSH from other firms. Support with implementation SPC software - SNAP. Designing tools in AutoCAD. Working with Enterprise Resource Planning Software - SAP R/3. Carrying out current tasks.
