I deliver and develop product, process and soft skills trainings to sales/support employees and new hires. I optimize and develop learning solutions for sales/support employees and new hires. I develop, support and educate Czech and Slovak AdWords clients and advertising agencies.

As an intern in the web marketing team, I was responsible for the maintenance and updates of the company's websites, partially also for editorial and journalistic work on the website. I communicated with Elektrika's clients and users to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. I helped design and prepare promotional materials for the company's participation in international trade fairs in the Czech Republic.
