Managing Quality department and all processes activity in relation with Plant goals and KPI's; Implementation, following and reporting activity in relation with Customers requirements; Quality System; Complaints, APQP, PPAP , SQA, Audits (internal / external); Cost Saving, SPC's, MTE (measurement technical equipment's) ..etc

Coordination activity for process samples approval in according with external and internal norm request, assure quality documentation for the first sample approval, complaints (8D report, action plan, root cause, risk analyses),SPC, production plan support , training support for multiple quality activities.

Internals audit planing and perform according with ISO TS 16949 & VDA 6.3 Results reporting and following actions for corrections. Plant Support in Customers audits & External certifications.

Tree rolls of responsibility followed: Process activity for serial production: documentations, tools , testings , machine setups ...etc PFMEA Coordinator - for entire plant - analisys, edit , construction PFMEA documentations - activity developed with an multidisciplinary team. Management system administration for Process Engineering Department with focusing for all documentation's created and monitoring of customer / internal changes management;

Mecatronics Specialization (Automation and implementation soft for car, industrial robots, etc) Doctorate Study followed 4 Years (2005 - 2009) - Study suspended actually.
