I am responsible for driving the recruitment process from A to Z of various positions in Denmark and Norway (except from Graduate positions), I am also responsible for presenting the company on various career fairs and employer branding events across the Nordics as well as being responsible for the Nordic L'Oréal Talent Instagram Account (instagram.com/lorealtalentnordic). By doing this L'Oréal became the 3rd most attractive employer among business students across the Nordics.

I assisted the Finnish HR manager as well as drove my own projects during my time as an HR Trainee in Finland. I was for example responsible for - the recruitment of new employees from posting the job ads to the induction program, - representing the company on career fairs, - being responsible for the Learning for Development at L'Oréal Finland - and other HR related and administrative ad-hoc tasks.

I assisted the Danish HR Manager in areas such as recruitment, employer branding as well as kick-started organizational projects within the HR department of L'Oréal Denmark.

I was responsible for the organizational assistance with the annual Talent Management Rounds, the development of a recruitment toolbox for the Henkel offices worldwide, the development of PR related events for the CSR-project Shaping Futures, succession planning, recruitment and ad hoc HR-related tasks.

Project-related telephone interviews in German on behalf of Scandinavian companies.

Independent management and coordination of the exhibition “Märchenwelten”; development of the program planning; taking minutes during staff meeting.

Representation of the German gift blog www.miss- geschenke.de and the French blog www.reductionmarque.fr; working with affiliate marketing strategies and the acquisition of German, Dutch and Swedish clients; Recruitment of the next German intern, review of the applications and organization of the job interviews.
