I assist one of the smaller teams at the Headquarters set up and run stores for a number of major retail clients on eBay, amazon, or a number of other various marketplace websites. I manage all the refund processing and balances associated with it for our toys clients. I help write code and set up a process for entering string through an excel equation to help improve the process so we can post add for items faster and make the search for the online consumer more intuitive.

In my main position I try to fill the schedules of external wholesalers based on the travel schedule for their territory. I log their and my activities in to the Customer Relationship Management Database (Salesforce). I preform other tasks as needed for them like tracking down advisers that have changed firms.

Temporary position doing case reconciliations for one of their pharmaceuticals clients. I started working as a member of the team doing follow-up calls to match a company change to requesting products that were reported defective by consumers or retailers. Then moved to manage a small team of workers on follow-ups to lost medical cases as an effect to the recall. Created a database to help the team, so the same person wasn't getting follow-ups from different people...etc.
