Keith Conroy

Keith Conroy is a Vice President at Hicks Partners where he advances many of the economic development projects and public policy initiatives and assists clients in identifying and securing funding opportunities. Conroy’s experience with government entities and economic development projects runs deep and wide. Conroy has participated in a wide variety of public policy initiatives, public private partnerships, as well as commercial real estate and site selection projects.

Value Recovery Group (“VRG”) is a multi - disciplinary and diversified govt servicing firm. Through partnerships or subsidiaries, VRG has contracts with Federal, State and local government agencies, non-profit economic development groups and private sector companies. Much of Keith’s work is centered on government and private consulting services. Keith is a member of VRG’s Executive Team and often works with VRG subsidiary companies such as: USA Energy Advisors, VRP National, VRH, and US Railcar.

Keith Conroy was responsible for shared daily management and oversight of division with six offices and 60 associates, administering an annual budget of $293 million, with an operating budget of $10.8 million. Oversaw economic development projects and approved state assistance offered on a project basis. Keith Conroy designed and implemented new programs to assist Ageo City with the large foreign population. Supervised four bilingual counselors and wrote a monthly column in a city-wide news publication. He was also Editor-in-Chief of EIGO Over Easy, which currently in its sixth printing.
