This period corresponds to the FCT XVI EU mandatory program to complete the Higher Level Training Cycle in Transport Administrative Management, organized by the Junta de Andalucía, AM Transnational and DABAI Group. Activities performed during the internship period: -Attend international moving demands. -Consult road, air and sea transport rates. -Prepare and provide estimates. -Organize international moves.

Worked in this position alongside studying Freight Forwarding Agent Professional Training Program Responsibilities included: - Taking reservations by fax, mail, phone and in person. - Check-in and check-out of guests. - Organizing employee schedules (due to maternity leave of the employee manager). - Attracting customers through e-mails (advertising).
