Responsible for the research of environmental project focusing on pollutant transport in environment. Also involved in developing integration of modelling tools - Modelling of contaminant transport in chemical accident area - Risk assessment of pollutants in contaminant area - Modelling integration (river & groundwater)

Project: “Fate and toxicity of pharmaceuticals and personal care products in the soil and aquatic systems of Soyang Lake Watershed” Main work: - Describing transport and fate of trace organic pollutants (e.g. veterinary sulfonamide antibiotics) in environmental matrix, using hydrogeological modelling (Hydrus, HydroGeoSphere). - Trace pollutant anaysis with HPLC - Hydrogeological experiments in situ.
