- Responsible for the organization, coordination and execution of the onboarding process for all newjoiner in Germany (including support in the improvement of the process) - Responsible for the whole reference letter process - Independent takeover of further tasks such as assist in the creation and revision of presentations and specific HR excel files, support of internal employees, organization of the personnel file

Successful projects: - Successful organization, coordination and participation in virtual career fairs (all over Europe) incl. planning of the booth as well as merchandise for on-site career events -Independent planning and coordination of (Excel) trainings for the DACH organization, including direct consultation with employees, managers as well as external service providers - Preparatory planning of an internal step competition within the scope of health management activities

- Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of courses to promote reading - Support in the development of the digital and on-site course offer - Preparation and execution of a training course for the employees and the management

- Support in the development of concepts as well as in analyses in the areas of investment, real estate, and financial planning - Design of marketing activities - Planning and presentation of a design for an expansion of the branch office
