Über mich
So far I gained experience in various fields and companies employing from three to a few thousand persons. I have business know-how from both Hungarian and multinational environment. In case of all my previous jobs soft skills and the usage of foreign languages were my strengths. As an HR generalist/Training Coordinator/Recruitment Specialist (my most important experiences so far) my main tasks were recruiting the adequate colleagues or leaders and organizing/holding their onboarding/on the job trainings. I would like to realize key HR elements at my employer such as talent management, career planning, HR strategic management, HR/Training budget to be spent on (soft skills) trainings and team building events. This means that I'm looking for new challenges where I could use my great organization and communication skills and serve a company that knows that people are the most important assets at a firm.
